Veni Iozzo is Executive Vice-President, Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Transformation at CIBC. In this role, Veni has overall responsibility for providing strategic direction and leadership for CIBC’s global workplace experience strategy, including accountability for envisioning a forward-thinking modern workplace to create a purpose-driven, client-focused culture. Additionally, she leads the real estate end to end portfolio management globally.
Veni is a transformational leader with more than three decades of financial services experience. Throughout her career, she has held a diverse set of roles each eliciting notable successes spanning retail distribution, commercial banking, wealth management, P&L product management, marketing, communications, public affairs, client experience and real-estate. She built a reputation as a strategic, agile, and innovative leader who excels at balancing short and long-term goals while driving performance when presented with some of the most complex business challenges.  
In addition to her professional achievements, Veni has a strong affinity for giving back to the community and is a passionate philanthropist and community leader. She serves as Vice-Chair on the Trillium Health Partners Foundation Board, one of Canada’s most extensive community-based healthcare facilities. She serves on the Catalyst Canada Advisory Board and is a founding member of The Prosperity Project, focused on women’s economic advancement.  Veni’s dedication to service extends to mentorship aligned with her belief that cultivating leaders is the cornerstone for building stronger companies and communities. She serves as a coach for many professional future leaders.
In recognition of her personal and professional achievements, Veni holds the extraordinary distinction of being inducted into the WXN Hall of Fame of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 - an honour celebrating fearless female leaders whose work and contributions continue to break down barriers, inspire excellence, and shape the future of leadership in Canada.
